GeliArt appreciates your  support, and understands the importance of receiving your order sooner than later.  Processing usually takes 2-3 business days prior to shipping.

• Most shipping will be shipped by UPS.

• All artworks  shipped are packaged with the top quality shipping supplies, such as bubble wrap, double layered cardboard, and ultra strong shipping tape to ensure the packages safe arrival.

If you receive your product and are not satisfied we are happy to process you a full refund. Send us an email with your order number and also the tracking of your product when shipping it back. Once the return has been received, we will begin the refund process. 

 Return cost will be covered by the customer.
